Dustin consistently brings a level of focus, intensity and attention to correct form for the full 55 minutes of the workout. He is “there” for every rep of every set and is not distracted by what else is going on in the gym.

I started working with Dustin Davies as my personal trainer in September of 2023. I started working out in a gym for the first time since high school with a personal trainer in 2002. I have had five personal trainers in three different cities since then. Some have been excellent but none as stellar as Dustin. Truthfully, I had rarely checked out my trainer's qualifications so sometimes it was hit and miss. I have some physical limitations and as it turned out on more than one occasion, they had me performing exercises that were actually doing greater damage to my disability. When I met with Dustin, I explained what I could and could not do and he immediately understood my needs and concerns. Dustin has exceptional knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology and with that has a perception of how even a subtle change in the way an exercise is performed can make all the difference.
We are now approaching two years together and I have more than achieved my goal of losing weight and building muscle. Also important, Dustin and I have become good friends.
